Club Administration

The Tri-Cities Sunrise Rotary Club was chartered on April 26, 1982. The Club was initially located in the Town of Burbank, Washington.

The Club has always prided itself on the Member's willingness to participate in community projects to make the Tri-Cities and the World a better place for all.

The Club is also known by many as "the fun club" due to the reputation of weekly club activities that bring a high level of enjoyment and fellowship to its members.

Structure and Governance

The Tri-Cities Sunrise Rotary Club consists of two corporate entities. The Club is a 501(c) 6 corporation that manages the operational functions of the organization. These functions include activities, membership support, and financial management. The Charity is a 501 (c) 3 corporation that administers the receipt and distribution of donations through a series of fundraising activities and contributions to charities supported by the Charity and through the distribution of contingent funds requested by community service organizations.

Both of these corporations are managed by a Board of Directors made up of executive officers and committee chairs.
